When to use this form:

• You received a notice that your subscription payment was declined

• You recently got a new credit or debit card with a new number or expiration date

• You have been advised by Wilshire Collections support to fill out this form

Please Note: Our system only allows one active payment method for subscription products. When you update your payment method here this card will become your default payment method for any subscription you currently have with us. (Decorating and Creating Community / Printable Club / Products with payment plans)

Even if your payment for more than 1 subscription failed, you will only need to fill out this form once.

Important Note for Printable Club Subscribers:

Our subscription software attempts to charge your card every 48 hours. Depending on when your payment fails and when you update your payment method, it can take up to 48 hours for your card to be charged and your access to the PC Member Area to be re-enabled. Please be patient and allow our system to update. If after 48 hours, your access is still suspended, please email support: wilshirecollections1@gmail.com
