Look out for an email we just sent you! This email will give you instructions to create a password so you can login to the Printable Club Member Area. The Member Area is where you go to print or download your printables. (They will not be emailed to you.)

Once you receive the email, please register your account and create a password within 24 hours, as this process is time sensitive.
Your username is the email you used during checkout. Your password you created following the steps above. Make sure to write down that info, as you'll need it to login each time.
Any time you want to access the Printable Club, this is the link you'll go to to login. Please save this link for your reference. DO NOT attempt to login at this link until you have gone through the registration steps above and created your password.

I can’t find the registration/create password email...
First, check your spam/junk folder. You can also try searching Wilshire Collections in your email search bar to locate it. If you still don't see it, that may mean your email provider is blocking our email and we will need to take additional steps, so please email support: wilshirecollections1@gmail.com
What if I forget my password later?
If at any point you forget your password, go to the Printable Club login page and click the forgot password button. Please only click this button once and wait for a forgot password email to arrive so you can reset your password. (Make sure to check your spam folder too!) If you still don't see it, please email support: wilshirecollections1@gmail.com
What happens next month?
New printables are released each and every month between the 1st and 5th day of the month. You can access the printables from any of the months you were a PC Girl at any time! You'll see a button in the PC Member Area that will take you to past month's collections. If you were subscribed and paid for that month, you can access that folder and all the printables inside.)
When are my subscription payments charged?
If you signed up for the monthly subscription option, you will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you purchased your PC subscription on October 1st, you'll be charged again on November 1st and so on.
If you purchased the yearly subscription option, you were charged $100 for the entire year. If you purchased on October 1, 2020, you will not be charged again until October 1, 2021. (Please Note: Our yearly payment option is no longer available to new subscribers effective January 2021.)
I need to cancel my subscription...
To cancel your subscription, please log in to the PC Member Area and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button under the Manage Account section. If you are unable to login or forgot your password, please Email Support and let us know and we will cancel your subscription for you within the next 5 business days. Once canceled you will have 5 days to access the Member Area before access is disabled, so make sure to login and print or download any printables you wish to save.
Please Note: To cancel, you must contact us 5 business days prior to your next payment date. Per our policy, no refunds will be issued if you did not contact support at least 5 days prior and therefore another payment was charged before your account was canceled.
I need to update the credit card that's on file...
Whether your recent payment failed or you just got a new card, the simplest way to update your payment method is to fill out this form: Update Payment Form
If your subscription payment fails at any point, we will notify you via email (and text if you're opted-in to text alerts) with instructions on how to update your payment information. We will contact you twice over a period of 7 days to update your payment. Failure to update your payment method or respond to the failed payment messages will result in your subscription be canceled.

Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Please be patient, emails are answered in the order they are received and launch weeks can get a little busy! We promise we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
How do I print the Printables?
If you have a color printer at home, that will work great, with regular printer paper. If you don't have a home printer or it's not working well for you, you can have them printed elsewhere. Here's some of the places you can send the files to that will print them for you:

I'm having tech trouble...
We are happy to offer support regarding the Printable Club Member Area, your subscription and corresponding payments and account management. We are unable to provide tech support for the devices (phones, tables, computers, printers) you use to save/download/print your printables. If you are having trouble doing these things, please consult a friend, family member, or IT professional that is tech-savvy and is able to provide personalized support with your particular device.
Can I sell or share the printables?
Our printables are for personal and gifting use. They also include a license that allows you to make crafts with these printables for resale. (This applies to printables from October 2021 and beyond only.) Sharing, copying or selling the printable PDF file itself is NOT allowed. Wilshire Collections reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
When are my subscription payments charged?
You will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you purchased your DC subscription on February 1st, you'll be charged again on March 1st and so on.
